We can’t build trust and add value to others unless we show that we’re acting in the other’s best interest. To do that, we need to understand others by listening, be aware of and eliminate our biases, and focus on solving what needs to be served.
I hope today’s reminder encourages you to start thinking about who you are in any relationships, or at least find someone who can help you understand yourself, your values, and your value propositions. I believe this is the most loving way to celebrate your Valentine’s Day.
